Responsibilities
Perform HR administrative duties
Complete recruitment and hiring process. Update job descriptions for employment openings. Screen and forward potential candidates to appropriate parties for open positions
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management
Process, organize and maintain personnel records to include onboarding documents (e.g. I-9 documentation)
Track timely performance reviews & inform management of required dates
May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and processing payroll
Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers
Conducts or assists with new hire orientation
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records on-site
Coordinate & Plan HR projects (e.g. team events/open enrollment)

Qualification
Required
1-3 years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
