Responsibilities

Creating and modifying test plans and test systems for microelectronics circuits
Verification and validation activities, documentation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
Design and Development of complex test plans and test systems
Project management including planning and monitoring
Collaboration and mentoring manufacturing technician team members
Collaboration with cross-functional team
Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems, processes, and practices to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation

Required

Bachelor's degree in the field of computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of advanced programming languages and software tools for test automation
Knowledge of microcontroller and microprocessor-based systems
Creating and modifying test plans and test systems for microelectronics circuits
Verification and validation activities, documentation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
Design and Development of complex test plans and test systems
Project management including planning and monitoring
Collaboration and mentoring manufacturing technician team members
Collaboration with cross-functional team
Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems, processes, and practices to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile
The employee is also required to interact with a computer for extended periods of time and communicate with co-workers
Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours / week
Must be able to travel to other office locations

Preferred

Master's degree in the field of computer engineering, computer science or electrical engineering
Experience in manufacturing test, automation, or a related field
Experience with C# software development
Experience with robotics and machine vision
Experience in electronic circuit design and system integration
Experience with Agile methodology and tools
Experience in medical device or similarly regulated industry
Experience in failure analysis and root cause investigation
