InternHARBOR Industries is seeking a Sales & Business Operations Intern to support the integrity of their Zoho CRM and enhance Standard Operating Procedures. The role involves working closely with Sales and Client Services to ensure data is actionable and operations are positioned to scale.

Responsibilities
Support CRM administration work, including data cleanup, validation, and ongoing maintenance
Assist with organizing and managing CRM data to support reporting and conversion tracking
Use CRM data to help identify dormant or inactive accounts for re-engagement
Support outreach efforts and help collect product or customer feedback
Assist with documenting processes and updating SOPs to support internal systems and scalability
Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and documentation
Other duties may be assigned at any time
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or applicable field to Project/Account Management
Comfortable with learning and navigating software systems (CRM, databases, or similar tools)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a passion for learning
Preferred
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets or coursework involving data analysis
