Senior Project Manager
Goodwill Omaha is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee all Commercial Contract operations, ensuring performance standards and contract requirements are met. The role involves strategic leadership for custodial and groundskeeping contracts while supporting growth, compliance, and service excellence.

Responsibilities
Ensure all contracts consistently meet or exceed established quality benchmarks, performance metrics, and regulatory requirements, including timely reporting and documented compliance
Effectively recruit, hire, develop, supervise and evaluate direct reports
Maintain relationships with community referral sources to recruit individuals with disabilities
Act as a resource for Project Managers and employees who may need assistance with employee accommodation, behavior interventions, modifications to work, etc
Assist with developing new customers in service or product contracts by attending walkthroughs, pre-bid meetings, or contractor information sessions
Plan and implement new contract start-ups including recruitment, acquiring supplies and equipment, and logistics
Maintain compliance with all Goodwill and customer reporting requirements, policies and procedures
Partner with Community Relations Manager for hiring initiatives of individuals with disabilities
Consistently provide and ensure quality customer service to both internal and external customers
Participate in the agency strategic planning and budgeting process
Promote and market the agency and its programs to community agencies, government entities, and corporations with the goal of developing potential business partners. Maintains professional involvement in community organizations
Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants
Regular travel to contract sites using company vehicles; ensure compliance with fleet safety standards
Maintain grounds and custodial equipment to ensure consistent performance
Drive with courtesy to others and positively represent Goodwill to the public
Comply with all Department of Transportation guidelines and Goodwill policies & procedures
Other duties as assigned or required to fulfill the contract
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
Must be able to maintain federal background clearance for this position
Must be involved in the community
Must be able to travel locally
Maintain a good driving record that meets our Insurance Company's Guidelines
Must have strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent time management skills
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines
Must have good computer skills and be willing to further develop those skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Three (3) or more years case management or work with individuals with disabilities preferred
Five (5) years custodial or grounds keeping contract experience at the management level preferred
Experience with small engine and power equipment maintenance preferred
First Aid/CPR Certification preferred
Maintain valid driver's license and be insurable
