GE HealthCare is seeking a Product Portfolio Integration Leader to drive the full product and portfolio integration for one of SEI’s most strategic acquisitions. This role involves translating acquisition objectives into integrated product strategies and leading cross-functional alignment to ensure market readiness and portfolio coherence.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product and portfolio integration workstream
Translate acquisition strategy into actionable product integration plans and milestones
Lead roadmap convergence across cloud, on‑premise, AI workflow, and enterprise imaging platforms
Integrate acquired products into SEI architecture, lifecycle, and modernization frameworks
Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure GTM readiness, packaging, naming, and pricing alignment
Lead integration of product management organizations, roles, rituals, and decision frameworks
Standardize tooling (Aha/Rally, portfolio governance tools, analytics dashboards)
Coordinate closely with R&D, QA/RA, Services, Commercial, IT, Finance, HR, and Legal
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Represent the product workstream in integration governance and executive forums
Lead product-focused change management and communications

Required

8–12+ years of experience in product management, portfolio strategy, enterprise software, or M&A integration
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs
Bachelor's degree required
Strong strategic and operational leadership
Executive-ready communication and presence
Deep understanding of enterprise software product lifecycles
Ability to drive alignment in ambiguous environments

Preferred

Experience in healthcare software or regulated technology environments
