Experience defending complex product liability matters specifically asbestos and talc litigation
Hands-on experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice
Ability to manage active dockets and take ownership of matters from inception through resolution
Experience collaborating with senior partners and multidisciplinary litigation teams
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills in high-stakes litigation
Qualification
