Calibration Technician
Onboard Systems is a leading provider of advanced mission equipment for helicopters. The Calibration Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing instruments to ensure accurate measurements and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
Ensure instruments and equipment are calibrated correctly
Establish specific testing procedures based on different technical specifications
Identify and correct measurement errors
Document data of each instrument
Compare instrument readings against established standards, making adjustments for accuracy
Check equipment for defects, perform preventative maintenance, and execute repairs or upgrades
Record test results, maintenance performed, and update calibration records meticulously
Analyze out-of-spec readings, identify faults, and resolve equipment issues
Work with calibration software and tools to ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, GMP)
Install new or repaired equipment and parts
Qualification
Required
Must have 3+ years' experience performing the following tasks
Compare instrument readings against established standards, making adjustments for accuracy
Check equipment for defects, perform preventative maintenance, and execute repairs or upgrades
Record test results, maintenance performed, and update calibration records meticulously
Analyze out-of-spec readings, identify faults, and resolve equipment issues
Work with calibration software and tools to ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, GMP)
Install new or repaired equipment and parts
