Reliability Engineer (3rd shift)- Electrical

Responsibilities
Performing or assisting in routine maintenance or construction work
Serving as first line of support for advanced electrical problems and work requests
Assisting and supporting manufacturing and other related departments
Mentoring and developing new electrical technicians within the maintenance department
Qualification
Required
Degree: Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Also, the ability to collaborate with multiple functional groups
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives
Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application, or operation
Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI)
Expertise working with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens
Experience troubleshooting advanced electrical problems of heavy industrial machinery (primarily foundry or machining equipment)
