Responsibilities

Process and validate invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
Resolve discrepancies in billing and invoices in a timely manner
Maintain and update accounts receivable records to ensure proper tracking of payments
Utilize Aderant and Costpoint systems to manage billing functions and financial data
Collaborate with export customer service teams to address billing-related concerns
Analyze financial data to identify and resolve invoice coding errors
Generate reports on billing activities and provide insights for process improvements
Ensure all billing transactions adhere to regulatory and organizational requirements
Support the team in streamlining billing workflows for efficiency
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding billing matters

Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing functions or accounts receivable
Proficiency in using financial systems such as Aderant and Costpoint
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies
Experience in coding invoices and managing billing processes
Ability to collaborate with customer service teams to address billing issues
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders
