Sr. Analyst - Workforce Planning - Work From Home

Responsibilities
Maintains oversight of multiple Service Center management functions
Responsible for the efficiency/quality of monitoring volumes
Conducts arrival pattern forecasting activities and forecasts scheduling, hiring and headcount needs
Assists with establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the Workforce Management area, under general supervision
Applies in-depth knowledge of the Workforce Management field to offer feedback for decisions and innovation strategies that enhance organizational growth and visibility
Calculates work arrivals to plan for the staff needed to achieve optimized schedules across multiple lines of business while prioritizing multiple business needs
Utilizes reports, communicates strategic capacity planning and coordinates with the customer for multiple service centers
Develops and monitors performance reports and service performance trends for multiple service areas for an overall line of business against the plan
Coaches performance of staff members according to established standards
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Working knowledge of business intelligence
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
3-5 years work experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
