Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Provides administrative and organizational support to general staff as needed
Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of office as needed and directed
Coordination of trade shows including confirming attendees, booking travel and hotel accomodations and scheduling conference rooms
Coordinates shipping of trade show materials including our booth, promotional and marketing materials
Greets clients and visitors. Ensure proper completion of visitor logs
Sort and distribute mail
Responds to regularly occurring requests for information
Manage UPS/Fed Ex; follows up and investigates issues
Arrange lunch for employees on a daily basis which includes planning, ordering, set up and clean up
Maintains USPS mail machine
Supports sales team by assisting with travel, promotional items and trade shows
Orders, maintains, and stocks office supplies and materials
Works independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects as assigned
Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Previous administration experience in a professional office
Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Orchard Park, NY 14127 (Required)
