Responsibilities
Accurately input vehicle-related information, such as key statuses and identification data, into the company's system
Scan, categorize, and upload legal documents and records into designated platforms, including Salesforce
Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, filter, and analyze data effectively
Manage large volumes of files, ensuring all data is entered with precision and consistency
Adapt to shifting priorities by assisting with time-sensitive tasks and rotating responsibilities
Provide support to team members by sharing workloads and ensuring deadlines are met
Maintain a structured filing system to improve accessibility and organization
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to filter, sort, and work with pivot tables
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and file management
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with scanning and organizing documents for digital platforms
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of files
Reliable and punctual, with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks
