IT Product Administrator - Detroit, Houston, or Tulsa

Responsibilities
Work with support vendors to ensure system gets patched and upgraded regularly to maintain supportability. Coordinate testing for patches and upgrades
Manage user roles, security groups, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance. Provide data for audits as needed
Actively identify opportunities to leverage EAM functionality to improve operational efficiencies and tune performance
Stay current with software capabilities, industry trends, best practices, and upcoming releases
Assist with data analysis, reporting needs, change management, and support for optimal usage within EAM and other systems
Support end-users with IT/EAM related problems in a responsive and service-oriented manner
Debug and troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with EAM developer(s) or support team on issues that cannot be initially resolved
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Configuring Maximo modules, workflows, and security settings to meet business requirements
Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies that improve and enhance the business processes centered on the EAM platform
Responsible for managing quarterly user access review
Build productive working relationships with individuals and organizations
Effectively present technical designs to non-technical audiences
Work effectively as part of a team and independently
Works toward certification in areas of expertise, when available
May assist with formal or informal presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology-related discipline
Minimum of 6 years of related work experience
Be able to work with team members throughout various levels of the organization
Strong problem solving, multi-tasking, detail-oriented skill and strong teamwork mindset
Understanding of IT industry, e.g. emerging technologies, industry standards, support services, architectures, systems design, and systems integration and an in-depth knowledge of accepted IT processes
Experience with Maximo modules, workflows and security settings
Experience with Maximo data structures and reporting
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills consistent with the ability to identify key issues from among a broad range of technologies and recommend optimal solutions for various situations
Adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment
Strong written and verbal communication and advocacy skills consistent with the ability to present the results of projects and research to management. Ability to influence and build relationships to foster a positive work environment and elicit support for acceptance of new technology within the organization
Promotes continuous improvement philosophy and methodology that results in a continuous improvement culture within Information Technology
Follows solution delivery life cycle and ability to apply best practices
Preferred
Experience with Maximo implementations and integrations is a plus
Maximo certifications are a plus
