Responsibilities

Define and execute project plans that meet cost, schedule, and technical targets
Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and track their execution
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, multiple suppliers, and customers to align efforts
Close DMS activities efficiently to prevent any interruptions to C‑130J production and sustainment
Report status, metrics, and lessons learned to senior leadership

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen
Possess an Interim Secret clearance to start
Deep program-management experience in aerospace or defense
Ability to navigate complex supplier networks
Ability to translate technical data into actionable plans
Ability to communicate clearly with senior partners
Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Extensive travel domestically up to 40% and international travel periodically

Preferred

Working knowledge and understanding of C-130 platforms and various customer configurations
Knowledge and experience with C-130 production manufacturing process from design through build
Familiarity with Enterprise Data Collaboration System (EDCS), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Supplier Data Requirements (SDRL)
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Ability to work across function organizational lines
Building strong work relationships across the internal organization
Understanding of Enterprise Program Reporting System (EPRS)
