Technical Account Manager
Aspiron Search is seeking a highly technical Technical Account Manager to work at the intersection of customer engineering, security operations, and product. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to security teams, helping them deploy and optimize the platform while addressing technical challenges in real-world environments.
Responsibilities
Own the post-sales technical relationship for a set of customers
Lead onboarding, deployments, and environment tuning
Troubleshoot issues across log pipelines, detections, and integrations
Partner with SOC teams during investigations and escalations
Conduct technical health checks and drive adoption
Translate customer feedback into product insights for engineering
Support customers as they scale usage and maturity
Qualification
Required
6+ years in a technical, customer-facing security role
Background as a TAM, Customer Engineer, Senior Support, or SOC Engineer
Hands-on experience with SIEM or security analytics platforms
Experience supporting incident investigations or threat hunting
Strong cloud fundamentals in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Comfortable troubleshooting data pipelines and query performance
Preferred
Scripting experience in Python or Bash is a plus
Experience in high-growth or startup environments preferred
