Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels
Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse
Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements as needed
Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage

Qualification

Talent AcquisitionApplicant Tracking SystemLinkedIn sourcingCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate recruiting or staffing agency setting
1+ years of experience with an ATS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools

Preferred

Greenhouse experience is a plus
