Responsibilities

Handle office ops and Employee Experience: weekly kitchen orders, swag coordination, space management, vendor relationships
Own the employee lifecycle- onboarding, changes, offboarding, data accuracy
Support employees with HR questions - you're approachable, discreet, and trustworthy
Jump in on whatever needs doing, big or small
Proactive, hands-on "can-do" person everyone counts on
Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Office Management/HR Ops/People Ops/Employee Experience
Experience building HR processes, ideally in tech hyper growing startups
Strong skills with HR systems, tools and automations
Amazing organizational skills and attention to detail
High EQ - you're great with people and build relationships easily
A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to move fast
Problem-solver and self-starter
Thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments
