Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expert (SME) support to cyber crew training programs
Evaluate and modify training curricula and events for optimal performance and alignment with standards
Assist in the discovery, assessment, analysis, explanation, and anticipation of future actions to deliver high-quality analytical products to decision-makers
Provide training and standardization/evaluation support to subordinate units
Facilitate, guide, track, and document standardized mission essential tasks across the wing
Assist mission teams and operators with completing technical tasks and achieving standardization
Participate in conferences, meetings, and symposiums to share insights and updates
Support efforts to ensure consistent and effective training across all levels of operations
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
US Citizen
Active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance
Minimum of three years of experience with Air Force cyberspace operations training and affected organizations
Strong understanding of cyber operations training requirements and standards
Ability to evaluate and optimize training programs and curricula
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
