Front Desk Administrator - Tigard + Highlands
Mindful Support Services is dedicated to empowering mental health care providers by handling administrative tasks. The Front Desk Administrator will provide excellent customer service, manage the front desk, schedule appointments, and support mental health providers with various administrative requests.

Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
Managing the front desk by helping clients prepare for their visits
Scheduling client appointments
Supporting mental health providers with administrative requests
Client insurance benefits verification
Qualification
Required
Strong work ethic and ownership of your role
Willingness to work through difficult interactions in mental health office setting
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Professional written and verbal communication with clients and providers
Motivation to receive feedback and continually grow
Ability to travel to Tigard and/or Highlands for shifts throughout the week
Schedule: 32-40 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday
