Responsibilities

Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects
Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards
Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process
Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights
Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions
Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests
Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft
Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems
Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred
Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools
Special projects as needed

Required

Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher
Completion of sophomore year is required prior to the internship start date
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume
Rotation Requirements: Juniors – 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students – 1 rotation
Minimum duration: 12–14 weeks (summer); 14–16 weeks (spring and fall)
Must be onsite; this is not a remote position
Must have reliable transportation
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
