Assist with change management and user adoption activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of business analysis or process improvement experience
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau; SQL a plus)
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
