Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
Architect scalable, secure, and high performance solutions following industry best practices
Provide hands-on technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers
Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with architecture guidelines
Work with microservices, APIs, background services, and modern application frameworks
Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI/CD processes, and DevOps practices
Collaborate with QA, product owners, business analysts, and other engineering teams
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement long-term fixes
Drive adoption of cloud-native development (Azure preferred)
Coordinate development activities across multiple workstreams and ensure timely delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core
Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API / MVC / Razor
Strong experience with Object-Oriented Design, SOLID principles, design patterns
Strong experience with RESTful API design, microservices, and middleware components
Proficiency in SQL Server (stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning)
Experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Storage, Functions, API Management)
Hands-on with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Experience integrating third party services, authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT), and security best practices
Preferred
Drive adoption of cloud-native development (Azure preferred)
