Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and grace
Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with clear communication and care
Support providers by ensuring a smooth flow of appointments throughout the day
Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated front-of-house environment
Assist with retail transactions and client follow-ups
Help foster a positive, collaborative team atmosphere
Uphold Gee Beauty’s high standards of service, culture, and client experience
Qualification
Required
prior experience in hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles
