Responsibilities
Travel within this region required. Expect up to 75% travel. (transportation provided between properties)
Responsible for oversight of daily trash removal from all public exterior areas
Performs lawn mowing, trimming, edging
Spring & Fall cleanup
Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to grounds work
Responsible for light/basic tree and bush trimming
Upgrade projects and assisting the maintenance teams with preventative maintenance and other projects
Qualification
Required
1 year of experience related to the responsibilities above
General knowledge of daily maintenance grounds keeping/landscaping
Ability to safely operate equipment
A valid driver's license is required for this position
