Responsibilities

Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Track and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions (RAID)
Oversee project resources, budgets, and schedules
Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and delivery challenges
Manage relationships with internal and external business and technology stakeholders
Develop and maintain project documentation, reporting, and action items
Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders at all levels
Collaborate with peer project managers to ensure alignment, escalation, and effective delivery
Support resource planning and alignment across departmental initiatives

Required

10+ years of IT project management experience, including Dynamics CRM implementations
Experience with Agile delivery and Azure DevOps (ADO)
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable plans
Strong systems analysis skills and experience gathering functional requirements
Proven success leading and recovering at-risk projects
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing cross-functional teams with multiple dependencies
Strong organizational, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills
Solid financial and budget management acumen
Knowledge of data privacy and security standards in regulated industries
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams

Preferred

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP)
Background in software development prior to transitioning into project management
Consulting experience
