Responsibilities
Analyze, summarize, and report on financial performance, KPIs, and trends for operating companies and corporate shared services
Partner cross-functionally with business units, accounting, and shared services to deliver actionable insights and financial guidance
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, including variance analysis and trend identification
Perform month-end close activities, including preparation/review of journal entries, reconciliations, analysis, and reporting
Provide decision support and financial modeling for strategic initiatives, capital investments, and ad hoc projects
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and data analysis to enhance business performance visibility
Understand business processes, people, and technology to identify, configure, and communicate useful information, and provide practical business counsel to support accounting, finance, business units, shared services, and project teams across the organization
Provide business/financial analysis and decision support to help management evaluate alternatives, make fact-based decisions, and assess the impact of decisions
Handle special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
Excellent communication and business partnering abilities, with the capacity to translate financial data into actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/financial systems
Preferred
MBA or CPA
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
