Responsibilities
Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to healthcare providers in assigned territories
Qualify prospects through structured needs assessments and script-based introductions
Schedule introductory calls and generate high-quality, engaged leads for senior closers
Deliver clear messaging that creates interest and positions the program as exclusive and valuable
Maintain accurate CRM notes, activity tracking, and follow-up tasks
Follow a weekly outreach cadence as part of a structured four-week call cycle
Support the transition of qualified leads to closers and ensure a smooth, professional handoff
Qualification
Required
Minimum two years of inside or phone-based sales experience in either B2B or consumer environments
Demonstrated success in high-volume outreach settings
Clear, articulate, and professional verbal communication
Strong persuasive selling, qualifying, and discovery abilities
Highly organized with efficient follow-up habits and consistent pipeline discipline
Proven ability to meet or exceed call and activity quotas
Coachable, competitive, and motivated by growth and advancement
Ability to quickly learn pharmaceutical terminology, compliance requirements, and product information
Preferred
Pharmaceutical or medical sales experience preferred but not required
