Assess the current reporting ecosystem and document workflows and inefficiencies
Research and assess suitable CRM or grant/program management platforms
Make a strategic recommendation of a platform for the business to use
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading CRM or grant/program management system selection or implementation
Demonstrated experience documenting workflows and improving operational processes
Strong understanding of data architecture and migrating spreadsheet-based processes into structured databases
Ability to independently facilitate stakeholder sessions and synthesize requirements
Experience evaluating vendors and managing solution comparisons
Preferred
Experience working with nonprofits, NGOs, or foundations
Familiarity with partner/grant reporting environments
Experience centralizing multi-source reporting systems
