Responsibilities
Reads and interprets blueprints, specifications, standards and customer purchase orders to determine customer requirements related to customer orders
Document and validate any production defects found
Perform and document various inspections (Receiving, In-Process and Final)
Support Manufacturing and Production technicians to meet Production target
Work independently with minimal supervision
Multitask between assignments in Production environment
Must be computer literate
Must be able to use common measurement instruments such as Caliper and Micrometer
Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Authorization to work in the United States required
High school degree or GED is preferred but may be substituted for experience and knowledge
Two years' experience in quality is preferred
Experience in an AS9100 registered manufacturing environment strongly preferred
Communication and Networking skills
Administrative and Organizational skills
Self-motivated and independent
Computer and Software use skills
Problem Solving and Analytical Reasoning skills
Must meet minimum vision standards set by customer quality requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience using PCDMIS
Must be computer literate
Must be able to use common measurement instruments such as Caliper and Micrometer
