Southland Organics is seeking a Chat Support Clerk to provide real-time customer support through chat-based platforms. Respond to customer inquiries through chat platforms in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures
Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
Identify issues requiring escalation and refer them to appropriate internal teams
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and offerings
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent service delivery
Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate feedback to management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in chat support, customer service, or a related role
Strong written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Basic understanding of customer service principles
Experience using chat platforms, CRM systems, and standard office software
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
