Responsibilities
Support daily jobsite operations from mobilization through closeout
Assist with sequencing, manpower planning, and weekly lookaheads
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
Walk the site daily to verify work aligns with plans and specs
Help maintain safety standards and address issues immediately
Track field progress, photos, and daily reports
Assist with punch lists and quality control inspections
Communicate field conditions and risks clearly to the Superintendent
Help manage logistics on tight or active job sites
Step in to lead portions of the work as responsibility grows
Support punch list completion
Assist with final inspections and trade walks
Help organize as-builts and closeout documentation
Contribute to a clean, professional turnover
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in commercial construction field operations
Experience supporting a Superintendent on active projects
Exposure to commercial, renovation, or ground-up work
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Willingness to learn sequencing, scheduling, and trade coordination
Professional presence on the jobsite
You're proactive and organized
You communicate clearly and consistently
You take pride in clean, safe jobsites
You're solution-minded and steady under pressure
You want to grow into a Superintendent role
Preferred
Comfort using project technology (Procore or similar preferred)
OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to complete)
