Integration International Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to two senior SE Leaders. Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage complex calendars for multiple executives
Prioritize meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage time-zone considerations
Organize internal and external meetings, video conferences, and leadership commitments
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
Monitor travel schedules and assist with changes or delays as needed
Prepare and submit travel expense reports in compliance with company policies
Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, screening and prioritizing emails, calls, and meeting requests
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports
Ensure timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and executive-level presentations
Attend meetings as needed to record and distribute minutes
Track action items and follow up to ensure completion
Assist executives with special projects, research, and basic data analysis
Maintain confidential files and records with the highest level of discretion
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient executive operations
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support initiatives and business priorities
Assist in planning and executing organizational events, leadership offsites, and strategic workshops
