Responsibilities
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for open roles
Conduct initial phone screens to assess experience, communication skills, and culture fit
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring roles
Schedule phone and in-person interviews
Communicate interview details clearly and professionally to candidates
Maintain timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer
Assist with posting and managing job advertisements
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS or recruiting tracker
Track recruiting activity and basic metrics (screens, interviews, hires)
Support offer letters, employee compliance, and onboarding coordination as needed
Attend seasonal campus recruiting events as needed
Partner closely with the Director of Recruitment & Relations on daily recruiting needs
Help keep recruiting processes organized, efficient, and on schedule
Assist with recruiting events, referral programs, or campus outreach as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable speaking with candidates via phone and video
Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities
Interest in recruiting, HR, or people operations
