1+ years expHarbor Industries is seeking a Project Manager, Casework Intern to support the Project Manager, Casework in various project management tasks. This role involves assisting with project deliverables, estimating casework projects, and ensuring quality and accuracy in production.

Responsibilities
Assist with the responsibility of ensuring all deliverables are met on assigned projects
Understanding & execution of specific project requirements as provided by the Project Manager, Casework and/or Manager of Project Management
Assisting with estimates of casework projects by performing take-offs of provided prints and/or shop drawings from the customer, sending RFQ’s to suppliers and populating estimating software with detailed information
Reviewing our engineering submittal drawings and preparing specification sheets for customer approvals
Reviewing IFS product structures for accuracy and releasing jobs to the production floor
Overseeing the production of casework projects for accuracy and quality
Assist with the assembly team when needed
Fill in on cross functional projects when needed, working with other teams to accomplish tasks
Some travel may be required where accommodations will be covered by company if needed
Other duties may be assigned at any time
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field
1+ year of previous general work experience
Excellent data entry, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently or as a team member in a diverse group
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
