6+ years expeTeam is seeking a growth-oriented Communications Strategist to enhance customer experiences within their CRM Marketing Team. The role involves driving communication strategies across various customer segments and managing the omnichannel communication experience.

Responsibilities
Own the omnichannel communication experience and orchestrate cross-functional communication strategies aligned with CX and NPS priorities
Conduct customer and functional journey analysis and mapping with journey leads
Manage prioritization and governance strategy for non-marketing communications
Implement business rules for communication logic, frequency, design, and content continuity
Assess and prioritize template needs for transactional communications
Build and manage an email/SMS communications library and CX playbook
Lead marketing requirements for email and SMS templates with creative agencies
Collaborate with CRM, Product, Martech, and IT teams to improve communication capabilities
Ensure consistent, connected communication experiences across customer channels
Partner with agencies on design, build, and testing of communications
Maintain high-quality responsive email templates with dynamic content and advanced testing
Apply industry best practices across digital assets including emails, web, social, presentations, and visual content
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of relevant experience
Experience marketing to end customers
Hands-on experience executing email, SMS, and/or direct mail campaigns
Preferred
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience (strongly preferred)
Agency experience
Adobe certifications or professional certification
Knowledge of email clients, web technologies, and relational databases
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
Master's degree (nice to have)
