They are seeking a Head of Private Client Experience & Concierge to design and scale a high-touch concierge ecosystem for discerning clients, emphasizing discretion and exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Design the entire concierge program from zero → scale
Create service philosophy, rules of engagement, and escalation logic
Define who gets access, how access works, and where the line is
Build SOPs, playbooks, tone guides, and internal training
Partner with founders to protect brand mystique + long-term equity
Recruit and train a small, elite concierge team
Implement discretion protocols, blacklists, and exception frameworks
Balance white-glove service with strong boundaries
Evolve the program as Piggybanx grows—without diluting the experience
Qualification
Required
Has built (not just managed) a high-touch service program
Deep experience with UHNW, VIP, or private-member clientele
Comfortable saying no —even to powerful people
Understands that luxury is judgment, restraint, and timing
Systems-oriented but deeply human
Trusted with founder-level clients and sensitive situations
Preferred
Senior roles at Aman, Four Seasons, Soho House, Quintessentially
Private members clubs, family offices, or ultra-luxury retail
Experience launching programs, properties, or new client tiers
