Responsibilities
Processes transactions on all policies including quotations, new business issuance, policy changes, policy renewals, and premium audits
Performs data input, rating, coding, verification, and forms attachment for all policies
Trains staff to process all rating transactions and functions
Works directly with underwriting and audit staff on ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all transactions in order to maximize product quality delivered to our customers
Processes complex and/or specialty handled rating transactions
Completes required data reporting to bureaus and assures reported data is accurate
Performs support functions for the underwriting teams
Assist agents with Guidewire navigation
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years of industry experience
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Proficient in phone etiquette and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
Ability to commute to Pekin, IL 61558
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in insurance or business-related field
Experience in upselling products or services
Sales experience
Previous experience in customer service
Data entry: 3 years
