They are seeking a motivated Service Specialist to support daily office operations and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced legal office environment.

Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality copy, print, and reproduction services based on customer requests
Operate and learn high‑speed copiers, printers, and multi‑function devices
Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets established standards
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering office supplies and materials
Deliver outstanding customer service with a professional, friendly, and cooperative attitude
Adapt to changing priorities and support high‑volume production demands
Follow all business procedures and site‑specific guidelines at all times
Provide backup reception and hospitality support as needed
Set up conference rooms, including basic audiovisual equipment
Assist with shipping, scanning, and preparation of outgoing materials
Move boxes, supplies, or furniture as required
Support additional site‑specific responsibilities as directed by the Site Manager
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Willingness to complete a pre‑employment screening
Preferred
Familiarity with copiers, printers, and multi‑function devices
