Responsibilities

Assist experienced engineers with CAD, data analysis, and technical documentation

Conduct research and analysis for ongoing projects

Support the design, development, and testing of new products or systems

Prepare technical reports, calculations, and design drawings

Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews

Shadow actual engineering operations and quality assurance activities

Assist with process improvement initiatives and root cause analysis

Maintain and update engineering specifications and work instructions

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software) from a New Mexico accredited Engineering program

Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArcGIS) or programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
