Responsibilities
Analyze monthly performance versus budget, underwriting, and prior periods
Drive execution of approved business plans to improve NOI and asset value
Evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and revenue initiatives
Assist annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and long-term asset planning
Review staffing models, payroll, and operational effectiveness
Support lender reporting, refinancing, and disposition processes
Monitor occupancy, leasing trends, and customer churn
Prepare and review quarterly asset-level reporting
Oversee capital improvement projects including scopes of work, ROI assumptions, capex budgets and approve draw requests
Review marketing performance and cost efficiency
Assist due diligence and transition process for newly acquired and developed properties
Perform periodic site visits and competitive market reviews
Help refine asset management processes, dashboards, and reporting standards
Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business required
4–8+ years of progressive real estate asset management experience
Direct responsibility for managing assets (not solely analytical support)
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Willing to travel 5 - 15% of the time
High level of integrity, accountability, and initiative
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and punctuality for all scheduled shifts are required
Preferred
Exposure to value-add, lease-up, or repositioning strategies preferred
Experience in multifamily, industrial, retail, office, mixed-use, or self-storage
