Customer Service Coordinator
Integrated Power Services (IPS) is looking for a talented Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. The role involves serving as the primary contact for customers throughout their motor repair experience, ensuring effective communication and adherence to standards while assisting in achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities
Communicate with customers and assist with deciding on rotating apparatus repairs
Research and communicate with IPS vendors on parts and part delivery
Ensure proper procedures and standards are in place to conform to CSA, ISO, EASA, and IPS Standard of Work (SOW) requirements
Assist in achieving financial targets set out by the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Responsible for developing work plans, operations scheduling, expediting material and time estimates to the work operation Help mediate critical issues with customers
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with current and potential customers
Critical attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to understand, perform and retain various job-related training
Flexible with hours, overtime, and some weekend work
Preferred
Technical background with electrical and/or mechanical products
C.E.T in electrical or mechanical
3 or more years of customer service experience in an industrial environment or equivalent education
