Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Perform account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership
Qualification
Required
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Perform account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward certification strongly preferred
2+ years (Staff) or 4+ years (Senior) of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or public accounting environment
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with major ERP systems a plus
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
