They are seeking a Facilities Management Intern to support the facilities repair and maintenance function, providing hands-on experience in managing repairs, maintenance operations, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities
Assist in daily oversight of building operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks
Help track and manage maintenance requests and preventive maintenance schedules
Support the IT Help Desk team in coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers
Help ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations
Update facility records, manuals, floor plans, and emergency procedures
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer oriented and cool under pressure
Problem solving mindset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with facility management software is a plus
Basic understanding of building systems and safety procedures
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
