Engineer Intern
WESA is seeking an Intern to support projects involving water, wastewater, and recycled water systems. The intern will assist with planning, analysis, and preparation of technical documents, as well as data management and visualization related to environmental water quality.
Responsibilities
Support projects related to water resources, environmental science, water quality, and water and wastewater systems engineering
Collaborate as a team member in the development of planning, design, and regulatory compliance documents
Assist with data collection, trend analysis, mapping, and preparation of Board presentations for water and wastewater systems engineering, master –planning, design, and other water resources and environmental projects
Qualification
Required
Support projects related to water resources, environmental science, water quality, and water and wastewater systems engineering
Collaborate as a team member in the development of planning, design, and regulatory compliance documents
Assist with data collection, trend analysis, mapping, and preparation of Board presentations for water and wastewater systems engineering, master –planning, design, and other water resources and environmental projects
Preferred
Students actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in civil engineering, environmental science, or a related field
Computer experience in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Power BI is desired
Must possess a valid California Driver's License
