Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level clients
Run full-cycle searches or manage delivery execution, depending on role

Qualification
Required
Currently at an executive search firm (Direct Hire placements, not temporary/contract/staffing)
Minimum $500K+ annual search billings history
Currently recruiting and placing specialized talent in one or more of the following areas: Investment Banking, Private Equity, Trading, Fixed Income, Succession Planning, FinTech, Hedge Funds, etc
