Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and maintain employment-related documents, including offer letters, employment agreements, separation and termination letters, amendments, and standard addenda
Ensure all documentation aligns with approved templates, current language, and agreed-upon compensation terms
Coordinate document workflows with Legal, Human Resources, Finance, and other internal stakeholders
Assist with the preparation and tracking of compensation-related documentation, including carried interest and co-investment arrangements
Maintain accurate records of executed documents and associated data
Support updates to compensation documentation resulting from role changes, promotions, or program modifications
Maintain organized, accurate, and secure electronic document records
Track execution status and follow up on outstanding documentation
Support internal audits, reviews, and reporting requests as needed
Assist in refining document templates and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and reduce risk or errors

Required

Paralegal training or equivalent experience, including familiarity with legal document drafting
5+ years of experience in document administration, legal support, or a similar role
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and legal document formatting
Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Preferred

Experience in financial services, private equity, or professional services
Familiarity with employment-related documentation and compensation structures
Basic understanding of equity, carried interest, or co-investment programs (training provided)
