They are seeking a high-energy Inbound Sales Representative to join their Consumer Sales and Retention team, focusing on engaging with customers through inbound and outbound calls to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales calls to establish new services and upgrade existing accounts
Conduct outbound campaigns to collect overdue payments, retain customers, and reactivate services
Handle inbound retention calls from existing customers to address concerns, resolve issues, and retain services
Present and promote company products/services in a compelling and customer-focused manner
Accurately and efficiently capture customer interactions, account updates, and sales results in the system to support follow-up opportunities, revenue growth, and an excellent customer experience
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales, and service performance metrics
Apply strong problem-solving skills to overcome objections and deliver win-win solutions
Follow call flows and sales strategies while adapting communication style based on customer needs
Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Stay up to date on product knowledge, service features, promotions, and industry trends

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Must live in Florida
Proven experience in customer sales
Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Professional and engaging phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while meeting performance targets
Comfortable using call-handling software
Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and maintain a positive attitude
High level of adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

Preferred

Call center experience preferred
Bilingual skills a plus
