Responsibilities
Maintain the infrastructure of IT systems that support the business to function efficiently
Design solutions by assessing and aligning the current systems to best practices and comply to federal policies and procedures
Administrate the middleware application server and automated workflow tools; work with server virtualization technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex infrastructure issues and ensuring optimal system performance and capacity
Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting both Microsoft Windows Server environments and Linux-based systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu) environments
Expertise in virtualization platforms (VMware etc)
Experience with Azure
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, or PowerShell to automate server and storage management tasks and deployments
Experience supporting NAS systems, including NetApp and Dell
Familiarity with security compliance standards, power and cooling systems, and physical server setup and maintenance
Manage updates, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks in both hardware and software areas, to make the network more efficient, cost-effective, and secure

Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project
Preferred
Facility Automation technologies and Systems of ASRS, AGVs and Robotics from multiple vendors (Autostore, Kardex, Seegrid etc)
CCTV Expertise
Strong knowledge in Windows/Linux based systems
Expertise in virtualization platforms (VMware etc)
Strong teamwork, communication & customer service skills
Cisco, Netapp hardware expertise
