Responsibilities
Lead the design and evolution of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions
Provide hands-on expertise across core AEP components and integrations
Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards for scalability, security, and performance
Contribute to short- and long-term Martech architecture roadmaps
Support unified customer data and identity strategies across platforms
Advise on best practices for data ingestion, governance, and activation
Partner with client stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions
Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to drive alignment and execution
Break down complex requirements into clear, actionable technical plans
Provide expert guidance on Adobe Experience Platform and related tools
Support implementation teams with architectural direction and design reviews
Advocate for modern, sustainable, and scalable Martech solutions
Qualification
Required
Recent, hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) experience
Deep knowledge of AEP components and capabilities
Proven ability to drive AEP platform and solution design
Strong understanding of enterprise Martech and customer data platforms
Experience working in large, complex, or matrixed organizations
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
Background in Travel & Hospitality (not required)
Experience with Azure environments
Exposure to enterprise architecture, FinOps, or large-scale platform integrations
