Responsibilities
Own and drive the overall design strategy, ensuring a cohesive and user-centered experience across all digital platforms.leaders
Define and maintain a clear design vision aligned with company goals and product strategy
Build and evolve scalable design systems and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency across products
Lead the full UX/UI lifecycle from research and concept development to wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and final implementation
Translate complex product requirements into intuitive, elegant, and accessible user experiences that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
Ensure high-quality design standards across all product surfaces
Oversee and conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback loops to inform and validate design decisions
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to continuously refine and improve the user experience
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams to align priorities, integrate feedback, and ensure seamless execution
Serve as a key design voice in product planning, roadmap discussions, and feature development
Own and manage the design roadmap in alignment with product development cycles and strategic initiatives
Define and track key UX metrics (e.g., usability, engagement, conversion) to measure impact and guide continuous improvement
Champion a user-first mindset and advocate for design as a strategic driver across the organization
Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team and broader organization
Present design vision, strategy, and progress clearly and confidently
Communicate design rationale and user insights to support data-informed decision-making
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Senior or Lead UI/UX Designer with ownership over product design strategy
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, complex problem solving, and high-quality visual execution
Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
